Can the virtuous people not act virtuously in Aristotle?

In the Aristotelian ethical proposal, the formation of a good disposition of character (hexis) is a necessary condition for the moral agent to achieve his aim, the happiness (eudaimonia). Concerning the long debate about disposition of character (hexis), a disputed problem is if once the character disposition of the moral agent has
been formed he could only act in one way. Regarding this problem, in this paper we want to argue that Aristotle proposes that the character disposition(hexis) of the moral
agent, despite being ‘formed’, does not cause actions necessarily in accordance with such character disposition (hexis), that therefore a virtuous moral agent does not
necessarily act virtuously.
